The goals include early detection of psychosis; rapid access to coordinated, team-based, specialty care; evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions; and youth/young adult-friendly services that emphasize engagement, shared decision making, and person-centered care.
Expected Outcomes
The intended outcomes include a reduction in the duration of untreated symptoms; reduction in unnecessarily hospitalizations; and improved clinical, social, and academic/occupational functioning.
